Mercedes Hernandez

This is mom, but better known as Mercedes. A true painting enthusiast and multi-crafter. Throughout her life, while raising her 4 kids, she has been a well sought out baker, amongst other things. Mom use to sew our clothes when we were younger. She has crafted all her life, from wedding hall decorator to jewelry maker. In 2018, at 65 years old, she picked up a paint brush for the first time ever. She's dabbled with all types of painting techniques and just keeps getting better at everything she does. It's never too late to start something new and see where passion arises. She now is here to share her love of art with you.

Meet Gianni. My beautiful daughter. She is a local multi-media artist and creator, currently enrolled in Savannah College of Art and Design. She studies Sequential Arts and Storyboarding, while working on new ways to express her passion for art-through drawing, sculpting and painting! Marinela Kryeziu

Marinela has joined us as our very own Crocheter/Crochetier. She is a wonderful stay-at-home mom of 2 adorable boys here in Rockland and a great cook. She has always loved creating. Even though there is not much mommy time with a 1 & 7 year old, when she does sneak in time, it's to crochet and paint. Come create with her!

Liliana De Carvalho

Hi. I'm Lily, the founder of this beautiful, little creative space. I am a mom of 2 grown kids, a loving wife to an awesome man and I absolutely adore children. During the day, I am a Property Manager, but my passion, alongside my family's artistic endeavors, has brought me to start Creative Arts Studio. A place you can go get away for a little while and create. A place where friends can unite, kids can express and we all can have fun. Come learn something new or refine that skill of yours.

Lune S.

Lune is a 20 year young student and art has been a huge part of her life. Her dad has been doing graffiti and dioramas since she can remember, so this has always inspired her to create. She now enjoys poetry, story-telling, singing, painting and drawing. With her strong love for the arts and children, she has decided that she wants to take this new adventure and share her passion with all the little ones.
